I’ve been a customer of Bill and Jen for years. They really won my trust when they helped me figure out that an expensive repair might be covered by the manufacturer. Just moved to the area and was looking for a local repair shop I could trust and I found one! I needed a significant amount of work done to my car and Griffin's took care of me! They were able to give me a detailed analysis of what the issue was and provided me with a fair and competitive price to fix the issue. I will DEFINITELY be returning to Griffin's in the near future for any further repairs as they are a repair shop with high quality work and noticeable trustworthiness.

Had to go through the unfortunate experience of having my transmission rebuilt. Everyone was very helpful. I was only out of commission for a day and a half. Quick and easy. Pricing I thought was fair. It been a couple weeks and everything is working well. I would go back.
