I went there because I was having issues with the regulator in one of my windows. They were super friendly and their customer service is A1. My car was ready to be picked up the very next day.

I called about 3 shops in the area before I decided on Griffin’s, based solely on the customer service and friendliness over the phone. When I went in, again, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off at the end of the day on Thursday and it was ready midday on Friday. They explained everything, and they also did a courtesy check of my car in general and let me know other things that were wrong. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Great shop.

Got to give the people at griffins a real thumbs up. After 6300 in repairs my 06 f 350 still wasnt running right so even after i was rather rude and wrote a bad review they took the extra time and materials to get me going down the road and back to work....over 600 bucks in additional service at no cost to me. I gotta say customer satisfaction is thier priority...thanks james and bill...great stuff!
