I was having my Monday on Tuesday to give an idea what kinda morning I was having, and after exhausting my capabilities had to find a more qualified technician to get me back on the road... Anyway, from the initial phone call with Jennifer to get the ball rolling, under the tight schedule to get me back on the road, Scott was very helpful and of course not to leave out the awesome technicians that performed incredibly fast and efficient... The owner stepped in and was very friendly on my wallet... I can’t say enough great things about this place, Superior service and some good folks to boot!!

I've had work done several times in the past without issue and with good turnaround. This last repair was no different. I highly recommend and will continue using Griffin's for my automotive needs.

I'm sorry to see that we didn't meet your expectations. Your circumstance was more so a parts issue. Had we of known that the part would be in same day other than what was relayed to us as a next day delivery we would of met our turnaround time. We try to make sure everything goes smooth but only in a perfect world does that happen. We will make sure to do better next time.
