I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had them check for a noise that was coming from the front end. Best case scenario it was something they fixed quickly in the shop. Griffin’s is a very trustworthy auto service center. We have taken our vehicles there for years and will continue to do so.

I called several weeks ago and many of the shops closest to my house simply said they were booked two weeks out-- end of call. Even though Griffin"@ was overbooked as well, Scott was different: he took the time to ask me some questions so that he could let me know that my vehicle was likely safe to drive until he could see me. When I was able to bring it in, Alex and Scott looked over everything and said the car was running fine. When I told them I would like them to change my serpentine belt, which was needed according to Valvoline, they checked that and ALSO said it wasn't needed. For all that work, they charged me zero.
