These guys are all about customer service. I have a brand new VW Model and finding the right filter has been impossible for multiple quick lube places. But they were able to make it happen. They also gave me advice that the dealership won’t give you to help me make my car last as long as it should. I would recommend them to anybody!

I called to make an appointment for my 2017 GMC Terrain. I was able to drop off my car the same day. This is the second time I have been been here. They called me with a diagnosis and A explanation of what they would do to fix it. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everybody I dealt with. I would recommend Griffin's Neighborhood Auto Clinic to anybody, I was very impressed.

I walked into the shop. I didn’t had any appointments. My SUV was making a weird noise that I thought was the transmission. They were very polite in receiving me and listened to what I had to say and same day got a call back with the inspection finalized including the root cause of the weird noise. Thank you guys for taking the time to attend this un planned visit!

I took my 2007 Camry in because of steering wheel vibration and what felt like wheel wobble. Scott got a list of suggested fixes to me within a couple hours, we agreed on a plan of action and he had me back in my car by the end of the day. The ride is so smooth, I think the Camry will continue to be with our family for at least another five years. Thanks!!
