Took my old Mazda here on a recommendation from another shop that only works on German imports. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my car's "check engine" problem, noted a few other problems that are not worth fixing on my old car, and did this all in one day. Very satisfied, already have an appointment to take another car here this week for routine maintenance.

I went to Griffin's with observations of sluggish vehicle performance. Where another shop had identified a bad part, replaced it, and stopped there, it was Griffin's who fully identified the problem. The problem had persisted because the real root cause was a coordinated series of failures that required 3 parts to be replaced. Not only did Griffin's have the knowledge and skills to fully identify and correct the problem, they also went above and beyond by adding oil dye and instructions for us to come back in a few weeks to reveal any additional leaks. A top-tier shop experience.
