Called Griffin and Scott answered the phone and I let him know, I am from Georgia and my son just moved up to Detroit area and his car broke down. Just graduate kid, first day at his new job, no dad to help him out there and broken car. Diagnosis it with him, my son and told him Battery and Alternator. Obviously kid stressed out. Any rate Scott answered all my question and provide the number for a tow service, and we got the car to the shop. Battery/alternator bad. Scott very nice again, gave me the price which in my mind was expected, no surprised billion dollar bill. Sent the money to son, he has his car and happy kid again. Thanks Scott and his mechanics. Highly recommended.

I was extremely impressed with their service! I took my car in to get checked without an appointment and they were so quick to take care of it. They even dropped me off at home and picked me up after the service was finished! They didn’t try to sell me on bs and they said my issue should be covered under warranty (and it is)! Very happy with them and will definitely come back!!

I found Griffins 5 years ago after moving to Novi. I was told by another establishment that I would need the head gasket replaced. Knowing the expense of that I came to Griffins for a second opinion. The answer saved me thousands of dollars, and I've been coming here ever since. They have never steered me wrong, and their prices are reasonable too!
