The team was so helpful, they got me in right away, turned my car around fast and provided a detailed invoice for the repairs conducted. Very fair pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Everyone at Griffin’s were amazing to deal with! Scott & Alex kept me informed about the status of my car throughout the entire repair. Able to drop off and pick up after hours using the drop box which was a huge help for me!

Griffins did an excellent job and quick I was expecting them to have my Bronco for a much longer period of time. They got right to work on it and got it done very quickly a day later and we were back on the road running great!! great guys professionally run business.

Im sorry to see this rating as no one forced you to do the brakes. You were informed that if we put it back together that there would be a charge and that if you decided to fix it down the road we would apply the check out fee towards it. We drove you home, picked you up, and got you done in a few hours with no appointment. I feel we did everything to the letter for you and provided you with a quality service at a fair price with excellent turnaround time for you. We do apologize that we didnt meet your expectations. Although i am not sure what we could have done more. Anyone else would of been perfectly fine with all aspects of our service that we provided for you...... If you need a number to another reputable shop we would be happy to provide you with a number to one......
