I called several weeks ago and many of the shops closest to my house simply said they were booked two weeks out-- end of call. Even though Griffin"@ was overbooked as well, Scott was different: he took the time to ask me some questions so that he could let me know that my vehicle was likely safe to drive until he could see me. When I was able to bring it in, Alex and Scott looked over everything and said the car was running fine. When I told them I would like them to change my serpentine belt, which was needed according to Valvoline, they checked that and ALSO said it wasn't needed. For all that work, they charged me zero. Everyone is so friendly at Griffin's, especially Scott at the front desk. Made an appointment for an oil change and it was super efficient and fast!

The A/C is working, but Griffin’s said I have a very slow leak. I only wish they could have found and repaired the leak.

I have used Griffin’s services many times over the years and every time I go I have been treated with same very friendly and respectful welcome. They are very thorough in explaining what are the issues, what needs to be done, what repairs we can liver without based on my need, severity of the issue, vehicle condition etc. Also a very reasonable price tag along with all these friendly care.

Came in at 8AM with a hotrod that ha a brand new A/C system that I installed. Since I work a cross the street he said just leave it and if they can get to it they will. Saw that my car no longer in the parking lot from my office. Couple of hours later it was back and finished. Great service at a fair price. I will definitely go back as many of my coworkers have.
