This is a great shop and Griffins Neighborhood Auto Clinic is the only place that services our cars. The service is great and the owners Bill and Jennifer are two of the best owners! The technicians are top notch too!

I live in the Dallas area and needed a presale inspection on a Ford F150 from Farmington Hills. I first contacted a local Ford dealership, but felt neither comfortable or confident after the call. I then read about Griffins and gave them a ring. Jennifer did a great job of explaining what the inspection comprised, and after the inspection, Bill followed up with a very detailed analysis, as well as some photos and a phone call. Because I could not see the vehicle in person, I put my trust in Griffins Auto Service and am very glad I did. Sometimes the smaller guys do a better job than the big ones, and this was definitely one of those occasions.

Checked reviews on this business which were excellent before making an appointment. The owners of this business are professional and extremely accommodating. Needed only basic preventive maintenance but treated like royalty. Being a woman my antenna was up but quickly discovered they were honest and aboveboard. Have discovered and chosen a reputable auto clinic for future maintenance and/or emergency issues. Thank you.

Great place and trust worthy place to take your car. Wonderful staff everyone’s very very nice. They do seem to care about your car. They treat you with respect which is very important to me. You can trust this place. I had them work on my car, and they did a terrific job, and got done pretty quick. Even when I called just to ask a question about my car, they are more than happy to answer me without making me feel like I’m being rush.
