I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! WAY over priced! I knew what the problem was and wrote it down. Still got charged $159 for an inspection, didn't even get a break for getting the repair done. Times are tough and I feel like I got robbed! $663 to replace a starter???
I’m sorry you feel that way. My technicians went through to make sure to check your extremely dilapidated truck over to make sure that one. Your motor wasn’t locked up and also made a wire repair. That we didn’t even charge you for considering you were broke down on the other side of town from where you live, and we got you in an out same day I find your review not only offensive but insulting. If you knew what was wrong with it you should’ve fixed it, but we didn’t that’s why we diagnose. Do you go to your doctor and tell them you’re not paying for the diagnosis? Your repair is warranted for three years through my shop and you have a nationwide warranty through confidence plus. If you find another auto value repair center near you and Something Happens, you can take it to them as you’re more than 25 miles away from me. considering you’re ungratefulness for a vehicle you dropped in my back lot in the middle of the parking lot and never ever being to my shop before, and most likely will never be at my shop again. (because after this review, I would refuse your business anyway, )for I would encourage you to go on to the confidence class website and find auto value service centers near you. Should you need any warranty concerns. Sorry you’re upset you had to pay for your high mileage work truck that’s stranded you. We really did you a big favor putting you ahead of other appointments to try to get your truck back to you quickly. Guess we shouldn’t of done that and focused on the customers that really do appreciate us.
